Because I could not bear the thought of the excess JADE TIGER stock heading to the garbage, I am now the proud owner of more copies of my book than I could ever want or need.
Yes. That is an entire pallet of boxes containing JADE TIGER. Marvel at its glory!
So now, here’s what I need:
- A list of places that accept book donations for this kind of book. (Most places I looked at want kids’ books or stacks of different books, not a whole bunch of the same kind of book.)
Fun, fun, fun. :)
Well, if you're willing to consider something slightly promotional in nature (and probably not financially productive in a direct way), see if LibraryThing would take them for their Early Reviewer program–I know, technically this would qualify as a late review, but you never know, they may be interested anyhow. They typically give out anywhere from 10 to 100 of any given book depending on what the author/publisher wants to part with.
That's a fabulous idea, Erin — Thanks!!
I love your book! It's one of the few I've actually lugged down to San Francisco with me. Do you think PAWMA would like some, to use as part of their annual Raffle prizes? Or if you want to donate some to me I have some kung fu sistas who would love it. That probably wouldn't count as a legit donation, though ;)

ps – are you going to Pawma this year? I'll probably have to pass since I'm in starving student mode. Sigh. Food beats martial arts.
Jenn,
Your photo explains a lot …
