Keeping it simple because you never know what the year may bring, and I want to stay flexible enough to bend when I need to and veer off in new directions when the wind changes.
This year, I want to revel in the journey, to savor every happy moment, and to share as much love as possible with my friends and family.
If I can do those things, everything else will fall into place. And if it doesn’t, I won’t mind.
Now THOSE are goals to rally around. Wooot!
Thought you might like the ol' goals this year, Sally. Make any yourself?
Lovely. Simply…lovely. How can you not do those things? They are the very essence of who you are. Hugs!!!
Aw, that's really nice of you to say. I honestly hope I can live up to 'em this year. And I hope you'll join me, you published author, you!
I am stealing your goals!
You can’t steal them — I’m giving them to you! Nyah!
I love it! I hope I can be in each moment enough to revel and savor as well – I fear I spend too much time focusing on the worrisome things I can't do anything about at that moment anyway. :) I'm going to try to quit that.
Don't know if you saw my post about 2010, but I had that problem too. No more wasted energy on stress in 2011! (Or, at least I hope we can keep it to a minimum.)
